Default New Member Needs Help Regarding Multiple Emails

Please Login to Remove!

My main business email is "pushed" from my office which is on BES. I added to my BB an aol email account. My emails from AOL go directly into the new folder that was created for aol, but AOL emails also go to my original folder set up for my office emails. Is there anyway to keep totally separate folders for business email and aol email?

Why not just post the answer here ... I'd love to know how to do this too.

Dankarlinksi--please do post your answer here.

I have noticed before you ask a user to please PIN you for help. These Forums are intended to help others not only directly, but by being able to search and learn from others' issues and solutions.

When you set up an email, you get an icon titled the email address that you set up. (I.e. If you set up 123@gmail.com there will be a icon for 123@gmail.com and it will look like the messages icon)

It keeps the email fopr each accound in those folders.

The reason that I did request a pin was because he says he was new and I was gunna do step by step to make it easier

Dankarlinksi--You still have not answered the users questions--How to keep his personal emails separate from the Main Message folder. You've simply restated what he stated in his/her first post, that the personal emails are in both the main message folder and the single message folder created for the AOL account.

Cary--that cannot be done EXCEPT by use of a third-party application made my Empower, which will separate your BES mail from the main message folder.

@dankarlinski--You can still post step-by-step directions here. Can't you? If the user needs detailed personal assistance, feel free to offer such AFTER you have helped in the forums, first.
