I don't know if you damaged anything else or not, hard to say from here. First, I would let it charge several hours, 4-5. If it won't turn on, pull the battery and replace.
If you continue to get the white screen on boot up, you may need to reload the OS, using JL_cmder if needed, to recognize or see the BlackBerry.
