Hi im considering buying a 7130e off of ebay to replace a dead phone, but have a few questions about it. I know that the phone has a usb port and can connect to computers to charge/sync mailbox/contacts, but can you also use this to transfer apps/games/ringtones to your phone? I am wondering because I plan on eventualy getting the unlimited data plan eventualy, but for the time being I would like to transfer any apps by cord to my phone.

I have searched these boards but ended up confused because of the age of some of the posts and the more recent firmware updates.

side note: anyone who uses verizon, If i switch this phone with my current one, I wont be charged with data transfer as long as i don't download/upload anything from my phone right?
