Everytime I plug the BB into my work PC to backup, the wireless sync setting on the calendar gets turned back on somehow? Any help in permanently cutting it off? I'm using Google Cal and don't want personal stuff on my work BES

Where do you get that?

It's called "Google Sync," one of the apps offered by the new Google Mobile Updater.

I'm not 100% sure this will work, but try connecting the device, open Desktop Manager, go to the Synchronize icon, Configuration tab, click Calendar, click Choose, and then select None instead of BlackBerry Wireless Sync.

if it is on your BB then BES can see it if the company so desires. If you don't want any personal stuff, then get another device for it.
