Default Error 58 Overflow

Please Login to Remove!

Getting an Error " Uncaught exception process net_rim_bb_messaging_app(58) killed due to message queue overflow " when I go to access email on my BB it is a Model 8830
Any idea what would cause this or how to fix it? I have reset the BB a few times

If a battery pull doesn't fix it then i'd say it may need an OS update.

how can I check if there is an update and I go through a BES server instead of using the desktop software. how would that get installed would it be through the BES? sorry for my ignorance on this.

You need Desktop Manager installed in order to update. Also, you will need to reactivate on the BES after you upgrade the OS. This will start automatically after the upgrade if your computer is connected to your corporate network. Or you can have your BES admin give you an activation password.

Check the sticky at the top of each BB Model's forum for the latest OS for your device. You can also check your provider's website.
