Hey guys:

I just got my 8820 and I am in extasy but I have this nagging problem. I've set no appointments or alarms but every 15 minutes i get these little alerts that i can't turn off.

Can anyone help?

The "little alerts" could be emails coming new? Do you have any idea what it is related to?

I thought it was that too but it's not. They have a different "chime" and they come regularly every 15 minutes on the nose.

Do you have BBAlerts software running?

What third party apps have you? Have you checked the Tasks?

yep - I installed something called "big clock" from pinstack and that's when those alerts began. I just removed it and there are no more alerts
