i routed my gmail to my blackberry. I'm receiving my emails but the same emails are coming in as text message as well causing unnecessary duplicates how can i avoid this?

What i was trying to say is that the message folder(text) and the bbemail folders were both receiving the emails. How do i prevent the mail from going into the message folder as well?

Ok just to clarify you have the Text and MMs seperate from the email folder and both area getting the email.

All e-mail messages, from every account, get put in the 'Messages' box. That's the way the Blackberry was designed to work.
It's a consolidated mailbox.
