Thumbs down new 7230 re-boots

Please Login to Remove!

I have a new 7230 which seems to re-boot at will. I get 2/3rd's through an email and the hour glass suddenly appears. It then freezes and I have to remover the battery. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks

Stop hitting the keys so hard, be gentle! (just kidding)

Well standard troubleshooting would include reloading software, javaloading software and then, if problems persist, RMA!

Contact your service provider for details :D

Have you tried upgrading to the latest firmware? We had trouble with our 7230's until we put the 4.0.0.188 firmware on them.
