Is anyone aware of whether it is possible to listen/hear audio from an internet site like a radio station. I use a blackberry 8830 world series.

The short answer is that it is possible...I can't recall which apps I tried (radiobee or something like that I think) and it did work although in whatever app I was using I had trouble finding many stations. Others may have had better success though for sure as I was mostly just playing around and not too serious about getting it working correctly.

I was very serious about getting this to work. There are some serious issues when it comes to streaming to a Blackberry. There is not a publicly available app, that I haven't tried and encountered serious issues. With each release I try and try again, and issue remain.

So, yes streaming radio or audio is possible, and so is pulling a 747 with your teeth.
