Default BB 8800 & Nokia e62 - Please Help

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

Yesterday i received my Nokia e62 and all my contacts are on my BB 8800.

For some odd reason, I can't transfer my address book from the BB to the e62 using bluetooth, which is really quite annoying. I don't know how else to transfer my contacts...

Anyone wanna help me out?

Also... is there any way of accessing the blackberry phone memory? Where all the contacts and messages are stored?

Thanks in advance.

You can sync both phones to Outlook ... I would do that.

Yes, using Desktop Manager to do the BB sync.

I went from a Nokia E62 to a BB 8800, I didn't have Outlook at the time. Rather, I had Outlook at work, which wasn't hooked up to any mail account (because we used Lotus Notes), and then I exported from Outlook into a .CSV. I took the .CSV home and imported it into Outlook Express. At that time I did not know that Outlook Express had less address fields than Outlook but I had the .CSV to fall back on to fill in the missing info using Excel.

So if you have Outlook, you are golden. Sync the BB to Outlook using DM, then sync to the Nokia using PC Suite.
