You need Desktop Manager installed on a PC. Did you get a CD with the blackberry?

If you don't have a CD, see BlackBerry Desktop Manager Downloads - BlackBerryFAQ.com.

It's a free download from Blackberry.com. Lots of folks are reporting issues with the latest version, 4.3, so for that reason you may be better off with v4.2, SP2. That's what I'm using with my 8800.

I do not have a cd but i do have desktop manager installed.

I installed a few different versions. Currently, the one with the media manager.

I still see no options for outlook sync.

With the BB connected, launch the sync module, click configuration tab, then the configure sync button, and go from there.
