Does anyone know why when I go into configure sync with my 8800 and DM 4.3 I do not get the option to sync with Outlook 2007, all I see is ASCII Importer/Exporter and Yahoo

Are you also on BES? If so, there could be an IT Policy in place.

If not, you might try deleting DM 4.3 and install DM 4.2 SP2. That seems to work better in many cases.

Hi...No I'm not on BES just BIS...I could try with the DM 4.2 SP2 option but isn't that a retrograde step and doesn't really solve the problem
