Default New 8830 User on Verizon, Having problems loading software

Just switched over form a treo. From what i've done so far with the 8830 I'm really impressed. But i'm having problems loading the software from the disk as soon as it starts to l;oad a error pops up and says" access violation at adress 7c911fc in module 'ntdll.dll. read of adress 00000000" and also having problems getting it to sync with outlook. any help with these problems would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What type of compter are you running, what software. I would download the new software from VZW site. And as above need more info.

I had some sort of error similar to this. I suggest 1 of two things:

1 - If you just installed Desktop Manager today, make sure you reboot your computer - trying to do things before rebooting will cause problems.

2 - Re-install the Desktop Manager and then treboot and try yout installs, synchroniztion, etc again.
