| I had some sort of error similar to this. I suggest 1 of two things:
1 - If you just installed Desktop Manager today, make sure you reboot your computer - trying to do things before rebooting will cause problems.
2 - Re-install the Desktop Manager and then treboot and try yout installs, synchroniztion, etc again.
