| 8830: Problem Sending Email Please Login to Remove! We recently were issued 8830 for our work phones. When I first recieved the device, everything worked fine. I installed the Desktop Manager and connected the device to the computer to sync email from Outlook. Ever since I connected my device to the Desktop Manager, I cannot send emails. I can receive emails, get on the internet, and look up the global address book. I have re-registered the device, deleted and re-installed the service books, and regenerated the encryption key. The Blackberry Administrator will not be able to look at the device for about 2 weeks. Any other suggestions? |
