Default Help me! BB 7290 cannot connect PC

Please Login to Remove!

My 7290 cannot connect PC when I attach mini USB with it. PC notice that " USB unrecongized" . What's wrong? . BB pros advise the issue and solution for my BB

Please confirm that you have your Desktop Manager installed and once this is done from your Desktop Manager go to Options > Select: Connection Settings > Select: Detect.

Confirm if this resolves your issue.
