Default Synchronization problem plz help

Please Login to Remove!

I have the following settings in the Reconciliation menu

On Conflict: Mailbox wins
On Delete: Mailbox & Handheld
Wireless Reconcile: On

After deleting messages from my Outlook 2003 inbox. I did reconcile now on my blackberry 8800 mobile but the deleted messages still exists in my Blackberry mobile. I did the OS upgrade but yet the problem exists. I cant get the mobile to synchronization properly with the outlook.

Is there any suggestion?
Thanks,

Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003, and BES 4.1.4

From my knowledge, I don't think the berry will pick up deleted messages from a server. I think u can only have the berry delete from the server, not outlook from ther berry. Although I could be wrong

I think you are correct. The BB doesn't sync email. As I understand it, using reconcile, if you delete on the BB you can delete from the server but it will not delete from Outlook if it has already been downloaded. Email deleted in Outlook or on the server doesn't delete on the BB.

The problem exists only with one Blackberry user, the other users with blackberry don't have that problem.

I will try to wipe the handheld and reactivate it, that might resolve the synchronization problem.

Thanks,

I am also having this issue, using BES and BBC on a Tilt. Deleting from inbox on computer takes forever - if ever to reconcile on the phone... ideas?

I now have a Curve that is not deleting either direction... if you delete in outlook it does not delete from the BB, if you delete from the BB it does not delete from Outlook. Everything else adds/deletes fine both directions. What gives? Reconcile Now does nothing.
