I am using a 8703e for Verizon running firmware 4.1.0.377 and Desktop 4.2sp1. I just realized that everytime I sync on the Desktop it is not Syncing my third party add-ins. The only two programs I have in third party add-ins is SplashPhoto and SplashID (recently upgraded to 4.0). I can see the two programs listed in the Configure Add-Ins tab, but their are no boxes to check next to them and I am unable to Configure (it is grayed out). I can't figure out what the problem is and really need some help getting these programs synced. thanks

Yes, they are both Blackberry versions. I have been using the software for some time and all of the sudden (or in the last few weeks I haven't noticed) it will no longer sync. I removed and redownloaded Splashphoto, SplashID, and the Blackberry Desktop Manager. Nothing seems to work and Verizon tech is no help.

Is your USB connection in good shape.

Does Desktop Manager show connected?

Yes, it is connected and does sync to Outlook. It just won't sync the third party software.
