| I am not sure if this can help you. Pls reconnect your blackberry with your computer by cable. And open your desktop manager and wait. If there is no any response, open your computer 's device manager. (right click "my computer"), delete the blackberry device, and scan all the device again. I am sure now your computer will find your blackberry and response in your desktop manager now. Just be a little patient before your 7100v return to the home screen. |
