Now, a year later, I'm back in the Phoenix area with the same problem. Since then though, I've verified it won't work for me in the western US area. It won't work in the El Paso TX, Denver CO or Albuquerque NM areas. As soon as I return to Michigan though, it works fine. I've also used it as a tethered modem in mid-Indiana as well as north central Ohio.

If there is some help out there, I'd appreciate it.
