A lot of the companies I deal with have automated phone systems which allow you to search for an extension by using first and/or last names, the problem with having a full keyboard on the 8830 is that you can no longer see which letters correspond to each number like on a standard phone keypad. Is there some type of feature that either has a chart pop up or has the BB convert the letters to the correct number so the phone systems understand? Aside from memorizing the letters on a standard phone pad I cannot find another way to do it.

figured it out. You can hold ALT while on the phone with the automated system and the BB will convert your letters to the correct number for the system. I apologize if this was listed in FAQ's or somewhere, but I couldn't find it.
