this is for a 8830 sprint service. BES environment windows server, using outlook.

I change my signature and then send an email and my old signature shows up. I wiped the BB then it let me change the signature once.

Basically the BB shows the new signature but it delivers my old one. There are a couple others in the same boat.

Hmmm...Have you tried changing it using Desktop Manager?

Also, it may take a while for the new signature to sync with the server when you change it on the device. I've never had trouble, with mine though.

as noted in first post i was able to change it after i wiped the device and it worked. but then i tried to change the sig again it would show up fine on the device but would not show up when i sent an email.
