7100v operating system upgade
 

may i upgrade my 7100v operating system via USB cable and if it is yes where can i download latest operating system for my device? because of at here i used northern cyprus turkcell gsm card but the service provider cannot give any gprs, internet and mms service for blackberry but for the other brands and models they have service for this items and at the same time we can adjust this settings on phone manually but I can't make tis adjustment on my phone menus and i need adjust this services manually on my phone. if you explain anything for this problem i will pleased.
