Default I just upgraded the OS on my 8703 and the browser is gone...

Please Login to Remove!

There is no browser how do I get one on my phone? Also none of my emails are sending or receiving?

I just logged into verizonwireless.com and cant find where i would send service books?

Most carriers have a service or support section where it's located.

After you log onto the email service not just the main account service.

You always have to resend service books after an upgrade. On BIS you do this through your carrier's BIS site. On BES, Enterprise Activation handles this.

Go to the following link:

https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw

Register for an account, then look on the left hand side of the screen and you will see a link for service books. Click this link. Within a few minutes, you should get a bunch of e-mails from Verizon indicating that the service books have been sent.

You should also goto the phone and dial "*228" then select option 1. This will send other updates.
