Default How can you view memory remaining on 7100t?

Please Login to Remove!

I have installed a bunch of programs:

webmessenger
pocket express
berry 411
magmic blackjack, texas hold'em king2, and pro golf paradise
minisafe
pocket day

after installing all the above i would really like to know how much memory has been used, and how much memory out of the 32mb is left

is there a way to tell?

i'm really concerned about how much memory pocket express takes up to store any news, weather, sports, and stock data

thanks jibi, i feel like a moron

well apparently i have 29+ mb total but only 12+ left

could those programs i installed have taken up that much space? based on a previous search i did, i think i read that it is not possible to view how much space individual programs take up unless you have some sort of "developer" access to the device :(

It's "technically" possible to see this, but a real pain in the butt! Go to Options --> Applications, choose a porgram, choose Modules, choose one, and choose Properties and you can see the size of each file.

well, keep in mind that the OS takes up roughly 12-14MB, i believe. so you're right on par. i have just over 11mb free on mine. i only have the OS, BlackBerry Messenger and extra themes loaded on it (perhaps some crap in my cache as well; and maybe 1 picture).

Wink

I'm at 29/12 myself, and given the software options available to us, we should all be "on par" or one above par at most.
