Please Login to Remove!

I've had my 7100r now for about 6 months, given to me by friend . Amazing device.Have always been able to clear call log, but now when trying, i get "uncaught exception Java .Lang. nullpointer exception " message. Any ideas why, and what to do. Thanks in advance. needlesbb.

Did you try removing the battery and reinserting and trying it again?

Are you going to Messages > view Folders > Call Logs and deleting all prior from the most recent date heading?

i would back up the device using DM just in case you need to wipe it. In that case you would have a copy if you lose everything.

I go to Messages> Alt+P> and find the date I to delete from and before> scroll over that date, menu delete prior.
