Default BB 7290- device error 377 HELP

Please Login to Remove!

okay so i just got a 7290 today i put my sim in then i put the battery in, and its staying at a screen that says
Device Error:377
RESET


what do i do????????????

wipe device using JL_cmder
Download OS to computer (makesure Desktop MGR is shut down)
Delet vendor.xml file. Program files>common files>rim>vendor.xml

everytime i wipe device using JL_cmder it displays this:

i agree with ezrunner ,it will surely work,i had also met with some problem .it's device error 400 and i wiped the phone and used the os
