I have tried the option of email Reconcilation on the BB of one of my users so that Emails received on is BB can be marked as Read but on is Mailbox (My exchange server) they are always marked as Unread until he reads them in Outlook.

But, that does not seem to work, when he disabled the Reconcilation option, he never receives email on the BB.

What's wrong.

Are you on BIS or BES? True email Reconcilation only works on BES.

I don't have a BlackBerry server myself.

Service comes from a provider.

Yes I am.

So I guess this won't work.

Is there any way to make the mailbox unaware of the BB?
