Default 8830 sd storage

Hi,
since I have inserted a SD card in my 8830 I can not open media files and my voice dialing system gives the following error (unable to open audio channel)

Any ideas???

Sounds like the card is not installed properly, or not formatted correctly. See if a battery pull will make the BB recognize the card.

The card was ok because I could see my files. I had tried closing the unit but the battery pull resolved it

dont actually think that was caused by the memory card if you could view the files. sounds like the software on the device choked and the memory card was just the latest change that was made. also, you may want to update your profile to reflect the new device instead of the 7250

Hi,
Out of curiosity does anyone know what are the two golden dots on the side of the 8830 unit for?
