Switch Device Wizard in your Desktop Manager.

And, welcome to the Forum, good luck.

Switch Device Wizard is a program that comes with the BlackBerry Desktop Manager (which comes with the device itself). If you do not have BlackBerry Desktop Manager, download it from BlackBerry

Use BlackBerry Desktop Manager v4.2.2 (v4.3 is buggy). Install it; start it and select the Switch Device Wizard. Follow the instructions.
