If you're not able to plug in a USB cable to your BB, you'll have to use a backup copy......do you have a recent backup?

for that you might have a problem. you can email them to yourself as attachments, though depending on how many you have this could take forever

What is the old phone model? I will check to see if CelleBrite can do it via bluetooth. If it can you can go to any Verizon store and have it done.

old phone is the silver 8830.

I just checked our CelleBrite and it does not give the option to transfer from the 8830 via bluetooth, sorry.

ok nvm, i had an older backup copy on my PC that went on just fine, all im missing is 3 phone numbers.
