i need help resetting a blackberry because i put in a email and a pass word and i need to take it off and it is not activated either

Go to Options > Security Options > General Settings. Disable the password.

hmmm, a reset is simply to remove the battery and reboot the device. but that won't remove a password or email account. For a security password, do as d_fisher advises.

it sounds like you need to remove the email and password from the BIS for Alltel where you set it up?

dose that take it off and let another person put in another one?

What is it? The BB, the email address, or what?

Could you please be a little more detailed at what you are wanting to do?

try to enter 5 times the wrong password or go to settings > security options > general settings > *click* > wipe handheld ?

ok i went in to the setting and wiped it and is the way it was the it got here and thank you all for your help
