Default Keep having to RE VALIDATE AOL Account

Please Login to Remove!

My VP keeps getting a email message about once a week that he can no longer get email messages from his AOL account. We are both on BIS and each time I go to his BIS website it shows this account needs to be revalidated! It only takes one click and all is well but we find we are having to do it every week?

Anyone else seen this. Never happens on my AOL account

This happened to me last year for one of my aol accts.

I didn't do anything eventually it stopped. Sorry not much help

Seems particular to AT&T. A co-worker had this happen, but only a couple of times when he changed his AOL password. That's when you'd expect it to happen. It continued for another two or three times, and while it happened he couldn't get his AOL main on his Blackberry. Each time he logged into his BIS page on a pc and verified the password. It finally took and the nagging stopped.

It's only happened to be about 3 times total in the last couple years for me. I don't even remember the last time it did happen though.

i have a tmo 8800 and this happened, but i fixed it, my gf has a att bb and it says that crap like once a week, and she has to call, and blah blah blah, idk why it sucks, but its life, not much help either, greg, i think i remember you from back in the day of the iden forums
