For some reason, I can't get my new voice mail icon to go away. The screen shows that I have two new voice mails, however, I have none. I pulled the battery out still no luck. Any other ideas?

I've had that....darn irritating. I was able to clear it by calling my phone and leaving a voicemail. Then after I checked that voicemail, the icon went away.

This worked for me too.

That glitch sucks

Also have the same glitch when looking at SMS message..After reading and deleting, the header still shows in the home screen./ Had to turn off and reset unit for it to disappear..Any one have problem like this?

had that problem with the today theme... happened twice in a row and i now use zen themes lol

!!!Solved!!!

After 4 support calls with Verizon and Blackberry we solved this issue.
Somehow my Voice mail box "Type" got switched.
The Verizon tech switched it to "Basic" instead of "Specialty"
As soon as he switch it to Basic the icon disappeared.

Call Verizon Support if you have the same issue...
