I work for a company in the UK who supply a police force with BB's. They have them on a BES and use outlook on their MS exchange.
A user is having a problem where the sent items from her BB over the last 8 days are not showing in her outlook sent items folder or on the BB sent items folder.
She has sent an email this morning and it appears in the sent items folder on outlook but not her BB.
We have checked that she has the save sent items in sent items folder options set correctly on outlook and the BB and they are correct.
Please could someone advise on what could be wrong as we are unsure as to what the problem could be.
