Default syncronization with 2 computers

I have an 8830 and sync with Outlook on my home computer. Can I also sync with Outlook on my office computer, merging the data on my Blackberry? With my previous iPAQ I was able to do that with minimal duplication.

Do I simply load the software on the 2nd computer, then sync as usual?

Yes. So long as you have permission to install software on that computer.
