Hey ep.

Go to your messages folder. Click the trackwheel to Compose SMS.

Off you go!

lol, yea, but all you asked for was "where to start texting". I didn't know you wanted a step by step of how to input a phone number, type a message, hit send, etc.

Clean it with a clean lint free cloth. You might use a BARELY damp almost dry alcohol wipe on it if there are some scuff marks, etc.

Have fun.

lol not the outside I'm talking about a clean install. that been said
i just tried to place a call and got a message saying i was roaming that's not good. so i think a clean install would take care of any thing that's on the phone since it came off e bay.

Check out the BlackBerry FAQ. This will answer a lot of your questions.

Main Page - BlackBerryFAQ.com

Also you can read the help info on the BB itself. Lots of good info there.

I don't think this is in FAQ looking for auto spell correction when typing?
Is that an option on this 8703e? I'm hoping there is my spelling is bad enough.
On my Treo 700wx it worked as I was typing. So far I didn't see anything like that
So is there something I set.
