Default 7290 dont stop to send message to network

Please Login to Remove!

every 30 minutes my 7290 send a message like this to network:

[email address]

the subjet is : rim bca28a80-e9c0-11d1-87fe-00600811c6a2

what is the reason and how to stop it?
i removed the battery two times and it start again and again

it happened yesterday just after installation of desktop manager and handheld manager on a new laptop.

I removed all and reinstall the software . the situation stay the same.

The message i receive every 30 minutes mention the following text:

"This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.
