I got an email about 30 mins to an hour ago and I just keep it getting it, over and over and over about every 5 mins. I have blocked the sender on BIS and unsubscribed from sender but I keep getting it. Can anyone help or tell me what to do to block it from by BB? I have put filter on BIS for both regular email and blackberry email but it still keeps sending it to my BB.

I have received confirmation from the sender that I have been unsubscribed from their emails.

Anybody know what to do?

It is an email coming from a business about a sale.

which email is it coming to? is it your personal email or your alltel email

If its a subscription email list, it may take some time for your unsubscribe to "set" on the service you subscribed to.

Maybe it is the roadrunner server, who knows. Now I have started getting a pop up on my PC email asking for my email password which is in the computer so who knows what is going on. Evidently my network is having an issue

This is likely a BIS issue and will probably go away after a while. This happens to me sometimes....I'll get the same email several times before it finally stops coming to the BB.

Even though I went in and put a filter on BIS to block it? I thought maybe this would stop it. It has been going on for over an hour and comes every 3 to 5 mins. It is just annoying!

Well JSanders I am glad it is not a repeat from one of those sites but rather a site I recognize.
Hopefully whichever server is having the issue will get it resolved very soon.

Try logging in to your webmail account on roadrunner and adding that sender to the blocked/spam list so it won't forward at all.

Is it a Charter.net account? I get that on my Charter account from time to time. Will be 1 of them in my BIS account on my PC, but a bunch of the same thing on my BB. Quite irritating.

Well it finally stopped, just as suddenly as it started. No juwaack I don't think it is a Charter.net acct.

Yeah, I got one particular email on my Gmail several times tonight. It's just a glitch.
