Hello am
Updating the operating system of my bb8830.
I downloaded the desktop software v4.3.
I installed it and I removed the file vendor.xml.
Opening hours desktop manager not asking me to update the system.
What should I do?

If I'm not misstaken I had to click Application Loader, in order to get the update progress started.
