I'm a noob, searched through the posts and didn't find anything that seemed like it would solve my problem. We have 3 people with 7100g, 4.0 OS and running through BES. When any of us try to open attachments, it tries to open them but never actually will. If you try to reopen it, it says "Request already sent. Resend?" The person in charge of the BES said it's set up right but I can't find anywhere on these 7100g's where I can fix this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Acutally no, I never did get a response from this forum. I spoke with someone else (here at work) and it DID end up being on the BES, after all. The "attachment" service needed to be restarted, that's it.
