Question how do I remove the 'sent from my blackberry wireless' message?

Please Login to Remove!

I really need to remove this line, 'sent from my blackberry wireless' from messages I send out.

I can't get on the website to manage my email accounts online either...

anyone have advice? much appreciated

You may also have some issues logging into your account due to the outages some are experiencing.

Ok, thank you again. Now on to my second problem.... I keep getting these messages many times over, on my blackberry. very annoying

Sounds as though you are using the BlackBerry Desktop Redirector. If so (and you don't need it any longer) then close it down.

I keep getting odd emails from RIM - BlackBerryFAQ.com

That's because you probably installed BlackBerry Desktop Manager using the 'Desktop Redirector' option.
'Desktop Redirector' is only used in corporate Exchange environments when BIS is not available.

You should uninstall BlackBerry Desktop Manager completely, then reinstall it using the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) option.

You will likely need to manually delete all [Desktop] service books from your device as well.
Options > Advanced Options > Service Book

Delete any service books beginning with [Desktop].

hmmm... it was installed by the IT person at my office, it might be for a corporate exchange environment...

I did turn off the redirector and was able to send and receive a test message to my outlook and to the blackberry ...

tell me if that is solved, please and thank you.
