email not deleting
 

I'm using BIS and when i go to delete an email, i get the option to delete from mailbox and handheld, from handheld, or cancel. When I delete from both the mailbox and handheld, it doesn't delete the mail from my mailbox. Any ideas?

I have had this problem occasionally. There is sometimes a significant lag between when you delete on the handset and when the ISP server actually deletes. This can be hours. It seems to depend on how much traffic the RIM servers are handling. You may have to live with it. 73

You might try resending your service books.
