Last night, when I turned my 7250 off, it showed a battery level of 85%. This morning, when I turned it on, the battery was at 60%. All programs were closed and there were no timers set to turn the unit on automatically. Any ideas on what might cause this? I did a search but could not find this problem discussed. Could there be gremlins using my bb at night while I'm asleep?

The first thing you should do is before you shut it off, do a battery reset to verify that the reading is correct. My 7290 occasionally shows an incorrect battery level (although it usually reads low, not high).

These suckers still work, even when off. Otherwise, how would the auto on/off feature work? Obviously there must be some processing going on...

I think the only stuff to shut off are the radio and the screen.
