If you go into your calendar and seect "Options" there's a setting for the number of days the calendar items are kept under "Keep Appointments". Now, I'm on my company's BES so yours may vary.

I have a 7100t and I have the same Options. The 7100's Help and the User Guide do say -both under Calendar FAQs- that there's a Keep Appointments option in Calendar, but it's gone on mine too. Fortunately, my calendar doesn't delete appointments. I'm on BWC/BIS and running 4.0. Sorry I can't help; good luck.
