Hi,

I'm looking on the net for the lookup function and can't seem to find one on the net. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I mean the lookup function when you enter part of an email address

I think you mean the Lookup function that works for devices connected to a BES - correct?

Are you connected to a corporate BES server, or are you using BIS (personal only email)?
