Question Remove the plus '+' from the call

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

When I do one call, I digit all the number and press green button, it works just fine.

When I do the call from my BB address list, I select the person name and press green button. When the call is made, the phone put one plus '+' at beginning of the number... this will cause error in the call. The call failed.

How to remove the plus '+' at beginning of call from address book ?

Note: In the address book the phone dont have any '+' in the beginning of number!

Thanks

Phone Dialer > Options > Smart Dialing. Remove the "+" from the Country Code if you don't need it.

What carrier are you on?

Sorry all this basic questions, but I bought this from in UK and I live in Portugal.
The phone is using the TMN provider. I have put the correct code : +351 (Portugal)

Sorry... I tried to figure out how to do it, but did not found the solution.
Now it works!

By the way, there are any PDF documents that have all this king of configurations?

Thanks again

We have the FAQ site, and you should read Stinsonddog's tips, both linked in my signature below...
