Unhappy email resetting

Please Login to Remove!

i purchased a used blackberry from a person and it wont allow me to set up an email account it states that this PIN is already in use. How do i reset the email settings to allow me to use my email not hers? Thank you for any help!

you have to call your carrier and have the BIS account deleted. Also, welcome to the forums

You will need to contact the seller and ask thay they call the carrier and release the PIN.
