I tried to set up my personale mail on my 7100i.
It worked then it stopped. The icon is still on the start up screen.
2 questions, first, how do I get it to work again and second, how can I delete this e mail if I wanted to?

To do either, you'd need to log on to the BIS site:

To get it working again, try resending your service books after you log on. To delete it, just delete the account from this site.
