Enjoy your new phone with outdated and archaic software, don't forget your BB has a space bar...

I don't blame you. I'm thinking of jumping ship too (I have a 7100G.) It's not so much the phone, which I agree has some issues -- it's Cingular's crappy service and mentally vacant reps. Once again, they've managed to charge me $200 on my bill for data fees they promised me I would not be charged for...

Sounds like you wanted a mobile phone to begin with.
Have fun with the new telephone.
When you eventually have a need for wireless e-mail and PIM sync, blackberry's will still be waiting.

One more thing, be very, very careful not to drop the Razr, they are not as tuff as the Blackberry.

Upgrade your 7100t to 4.0.2.32 software and it will not crash anymore. You will enjoy your handheld a great deal more.

Upgrade your 7100t to 4.0.2.32 software and it will not crash anymore but you will have a very hard time hearing anything. I have a RAZR and love it but I also need a keyboard for SMS and email. I don't use the 7100 any more as it is horrible as a phone and I never got really used to the keyboard. I use the 7230 for work during the week and RAZR on the weekends or if I go out. The 7230 is very ugly but very functional. Can't wait for the RAZRBERRY.

If they come out with a perfect firmware for the 7100 that has great voice quality I may consider using it again.

I know I am going to miss all the functions of the blackberyy...but I just cant afford all the time wasted with a device that just isnt 100% So yes, I will go back to a phone for now....but I still may go back to blackberry eventually. I only switch phones and PDA's like every 2 months anyways...

Then don't get a RAZR. If you think the 7100 is buggy... I can't wait til you power on this little gem of a phone.

The software on it is garbage.
Take, for instance, the address book. It's called Address Book, however you can't put addresses in it... just phone numbers.

The menus aren't intuitive, the camera is crap, and battery life is horrendous.

It's a nice looking phone and that's all it has going for it.

7100g rebooting? Had mine now 3 months WITH extra applications and themes... not a reboot yet. But mine does stop/start itself every night. (Does Rzr do that?) Oops, probably not good to compare them. One is a sexy sports car and the other is a compact but fully loaded SUV. They are for completely different audiences. Don't like Cingular's coverage - that's a whole different issue. I live in Maryland and work in New Mexico - coverage is great in both locations I travel and every airport in between for that matter. I'm rarely so happy with a phone/provider.

Oh, the guy with the over charges... call 611. Idiots did it to me too, but 10 minutes later I had a bill that was $340 less. It had to do with "when" they started by Media, etc services.

Yes, I never really understand why anyone can think the V3 is a great device - the features it has were cutting edge five years ago, and the Motorola UI is always slightly more interesting than having your teeth pulled without any pain killers.

I fianly got the 7100t volume to work like 3.8 with 4.0.2. I redownloaded the firmware from tmobile and the sound is loud and clear. They must have changed the phone app.

With T-Mobile, if you have a RAZR, all you can get is t-zones, what an advanced phone...
