Default Composing Email, contacts dont show up

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user with an 8830 WW Edition from Sprint. Somehow, his contacts were filtered out, and I got them back. Now, when he goes to compose an email, after typing in a name, it does not populate from the contact list...he needs to do a lookup for it to resolve...I have a 7130 and it works like it should. Is there a setting I am missing?

thanks

Yes. With the power on, remove the battery. Wait 30 or more seconds and put it back.
